Due to the digital and personalized nature of our programs, our refund policy ensures fairness while maintaining the integrity and energetic value of our offerings.


All Sales Are Final – No Refunds Policy

By purchasing any of our courses, coaching sessions, or digital materials, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. Refunds or cancellations will not be issued under any circumstance, including:

  • Non-usage of services

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Inability to attend scheduled sessions

  • Claims of unauthorized purchase made using prepaid or gift cards

All Serenity Pace offerings — including live sessions, downloadable resources, and online course access — are considered delivered and consumed upon payment confirmation or registration.


Proof of Delivery & Service Use

For transparency and recordkeeping, we securely maintain digital proof of service delivery for all clients. This includes:

  • IP address and device details used during purchase

  • Timestamp of transaction and access logs

  • Attendance records for live sessions or coaching calls

  • Login activity data for online courses or programs

  • Confirmation emails, invoices, and digital receipts

These records serve as verifiable proof of delivery and engagement, and will be provided to payment processors in the event of a dispute or chargeback.


Gift Card Purchases (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)

Purchases made with prepaid or gift cards (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) fall under the same terms.
Use of such payment methods constitutes acceptance of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Any chargeback attempt after accessing or using our services will be treated as fraudulent.
Serenity Pace reserves the right to:

  • Report such incidents to the card issuer

  • Revoke access to current and future services

  • Pursue legal or financial action when necessary

We value your satisfaction and understanding.
If you face any issue or dissatisfaction, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase at support@seneritypace.com.
Our team will review your concern with care and aim to resolve it promptly and respectfully.

Initiating a chargeback without prior communication will be treated as a policy violation, and Serenity Pace will contest the dispute with full service records.
